The Ciudad Barrios prison sits just outside of town, surrounded by high walls topped with concertina wire. Soldiers in face-hiding balaclavas stood guard in sandbagged bunkers outside the prison. I’d heard that there are no guards inside the walls.
The prison is dedicated solely to the most dangerous members of MS-13. Inside, the gang runs everything. When I approached the front door of the prison and spoke to the soldiers on the outside, not only did they confirm what I’d heard about the guards, but they said MS-13 pretty much controlled everything outside the walls as well.
The prison holds several of the men who are considered to be “kingpins” of MS-13. It’s said they can put out a hit on someone 4,000 miles away in North Carolina, and within hours that person will die. . .

MS 13 No-Go Zone at High School
Imported MS-13 gang members have taken over part of a school on New York’s Long Island, GOP Rep. Peter King told Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly on Wednesday.
“We have a school in my district where one whole hallway is dedicated to MS-13,” King told Kelly. “It’s a no-go area unless you’re MS-13 … and most of those kids came in [to the United States legally] as unaccompanied minors,” he said at a hearing.
MS-13 members committed “17 murders in my district in the last year alone,” he said.
Kelly responded to King by noting that new border protections have slashed the northern flow of “unaccompanied alien children” by more than 70 percent. But he emphasized that MS-13 members game immigration rules to send their members into the United States. . .

I Was an MS 13 Gangmember
“Speedy,” now 28, was born in Central Islip, and joined MS-13 when he was 16. He refused to be identified by his real name or even his old underworld moniker. Even though it’s been nearly seven years since he left the group, he still fears reprisals. He tells his story for the first time, to The Post’s Isabel Vincent.
It happened in a park at night. Three gang members kicked and punched me all over my body — my arms, my back, my stomach, my hands, even my groin. Nothing was off-limits to them. They beat me for exactly 13 seconds, while one of the gang members kept time in the background, counting slowly.
I was 16 and had just been initiated into the most powerful gang, MS-13. I gritted my teeth so I didn’t scream out in pain while they beat me. Moments later, I was in so much pain I could barely stand up. But eventually I grew to enjoy beating others.
Hurting others made me feel invincible, like nothing is against you. If you have sadness inside you, it makes you happy.
The gang knows your weak spot. They understand you. They hear you. When they find your weakness, they go all the way in. . .

Armed Illegals (Gangs) In U.S.
Texas Sheriff: Gangs of Armed Illegals Marching Through South Texas
Thousands of illegals continue to pour into America, hoping to get awarded amnesty to stay, work, and apply for welfare benefits, all at taxpayer expense.
While the economic strain on communities who are being forced to provide care for illegals is immense, the biggest concern for local law enforcement is the increase in violent crime, as immigrants belonging to gangs and drug cartels cross the border in alarming numbers.
Border Patrol agents have been attacked on numerous occasions by illegals, and Texas ranchers have had their homes burglarized.

Willacy County Sheriff Larry Spence spoke with the media about the armed gangs of illegals that have been moving across the state and threatening ranchers who confront them.
According to The New America, Spence recounted a story told by a local rancher who encountered a group of armed illegals cutting across his land, and the confrontation that followed.
“About three or four months ago we had an individual who saw people walking through farm property in military fatigues, with backpacks.
He went out and asked them, “Who are you?” [and] they said, “What’s it to you?” He said he owned the property and they said, “Well you better get out of here.” Sensibly he left and called us, but by the time we got out there, they were gone.
We’ve had people say they’ve seen groups going through the fields in single file, with rifles as well.
[Sightings of illegal aliens have] picked up on the road where the incident with Javier Vega took place. It’s a very busy road for illegal immigrants. A couple of weeks ago we had fifty of them in three cars.
As soon as we lit them up the doors fly open and they’re off into the brush. You get some back and the next day you get some walking down the highway, but it’s getting more and more frequent and it’s getting more and more dangerous.
This concerns not only me here, but the other counties as well. These are not people seeking asylum legitimately; they have criminal intent and they are making money.”
This is scary. Armed illegals with violent criminal histories are getting into the country, with the sole intent of conducting illegal activity to make a quick buck.
Barack Obama, who is clearly blinded by his desire to implement more of his progressive agenda, is encouraging these people to come in to the country all so he can change demographics and increase the Democratic voter base by granting mass amnesty to illegals.
He is willingly placing the lives of American citizens at risk for political gain. It’s sickening and something needs to be done to put a permanent end to this type of immigration, and if the president refuses to take action, the states need to step in and fill the gap in leadership.
If Obama is unwilling to fulfill his job duties, then he needs to be fired, which is why citizens need to continue calling their representatives and demand they impeach the president for breaking the law and for dereliction of duty.

Meanings Behind Gang Tattoos
It’s an image ingrained in the culture of both the United States and countries throughout Central America: the heavily-tattooed, ruthless gang members on the prowl for victims.
These inked-up thugs – such as members of the feared Mara Salvatrucha (or MS-13) and Barrio 18 street gangs operating in El Salvador and Honduras – have been blamed in part for the surge in unaccompanied minors streaming north toward safety in the U.S. and have kept border agents busy making sure that none of these hoodlums enter the country.
While law enforcement officials in places like Los Angeles and throughout the federal prison system have been studying gang tattoos for years to get a grasp on affiliations and meanings, the countries in Central America have only recently latched on to this practice as violent crime rates spiral out of control throughout these nations.
Police in Honduras now claim to have cracked the code on the symbolic meaning of these tattoos even as more and more gang members hide their ink amid a crackdown on gangs in the country.
One of the most popular images found on gang members is two hands clasped together and fingers facing skyward in prayer posture.Experts interviewed by Honduras’ El Heraldo newspaper say that this tattoo is not a representation of any religiosity on the part of the gang member, but a plea to "forgive me mother for my crazy life."
"This phrase means that there are normal moments in the life of gang member or a gang that let you think properly about the actions carried out in the course of one’s own life,” the newspaper reported. “As a result the position of consciousness arises because [the gang member] realizes he is doing something wrong which is against morality and decency, even taking the life of one or more persons.”
Other religious tattoos, such as Jesus or the Virgin of Guadalupe, are found throughout the Central American gang world and represent similar meanings, although the Christ tattoo is almost exclusively used by MS-13.
The yin yang is also a popular tattoo in gangs throughout Central America. While most commonly associated with Asian gangs, it has become increasingly popular among the MS-13 street gang in El Salvador.
The design, experts say, symbolizes the balance between good and evil, which the gang members have achieved through force, violence and death.
One the most notorious and widespread tattoos in any gang culture is the spider web, meant to represent power and a gang's expansion into new territories. It is found mostly on elbows, shoulders or knees.
Experts recommend that young people thinking of getting a tattoo should study what they want carefully and make sure that the ink they get doesn’t have some subliminal meaning that could have them hurt or even killed unintentionally.
“Just having a tattoo alluding to one of those groups and crossing to some other group’s turf is an offense, because the person is identifying himself or promoting a different group,” an unnamed expert interviewed by El Heraldo said.
Tattoos, however, are becoming less prevalent among gang members in Honduras after the country cracked down in 2005 on gang associations by threatening people with ties to street gangs with nine to 12 years in prison and a hefty fine.
With tattoos being easy identifiers of gang associations, some members of gang’s leadership have warned their fellow brutes to cover up their body art or put it on a place of the body that is not easily seen.
Younger gang members have been saved from the cover-up because they came into the groups after the gang laws went in place, but older members have been forced to wear long sleeves in the hot weather and even caps to cover up their head tattoos.
