On Tuesday afternoon, Mexican authorities in the neighboring state of Nuevo León discovered the bodies of Gumercindo “El Aguila” Gamez Villarreal and Teofilo Saul Rodriguez, who is believed to be a cartel member part of the group known as Panteras or “Panthers”.
